I hope this is improving my resistance to colds, but it is so delicious I don’t mind taking some every day. When I have a cold or sore throat, I put a little less than a tablespoon in a cup of hot water. Wonderful way to get warm fluids into me.

The honey is local honey is distinctive and not too sweet. I particularly like the hint of clove.

Take a shower, rinse, take a finger or 2 of this scrub, rub it on the parts you want moisturized (or where you don’t wanna put on lotion, lol) and finally, rinse the scrub off. Make sure you rinse the shower out too, as it may leave blue bits and it may make the tub slippery.

It doesn’t take more than 1 or 2 fingers. I tried to use a whole handful at first and it left me feeling oily. Fellas, take it from me and cop this. The smell is light and you can still wear your cologne and other smell goods with it.

This is theee BEST FACE OIL I HAVE EVER USED. I’m starting to have dry skin In certain areas of my face and this oil smooths it all out!!. Once I wash my face this oil is a MUST HAVE, in my face wash routine. I buy 2 at a time, and they last MONTHS!! #IHIGHLYRECOMMEND
